Sun Beach Villa

The villa is a comfortable residence with all the needed facilities one would want from a vacation home. The location is excellent and so close to the beach (walking distance of 5 mins) and town (10 min drive). The pool is great and a welcome relief from the heat. The mosquitoes are a problem but this is a Cyprus wide issue.

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 young children (5 and 7 yrs) and had a fabulous holiday at this villa. Beautiful villa with a private pool and terrace. The neighborhood is great and you can walk down to the sea. Perfect getaway if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. We will definitely stay here again.

Two minutes walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk into the lovely village with its lovely restaurants and bars nestled around the harbour and beach area. Beautiful scenery when driving and exploring the local area. A nice quiet place to relax. We would go back here again. Thanks to all.

Thank you. I would highly recommend this place!. Oh yes dont forget to check out the town for some nightlife fun. The outdoor space also offers total privacy which was something I also really enjoyed.

Near beach, comfortable equipment, nice garden with fruits, excellent infrastructure in Polis. In a nutshell: Perfect, relaxing holiday for the whole family. We were happy and will come again.

Being here for the very first time we loved it from the start. I would recommend this villa. It was a magical holiday in a fantastic location.
