Sun Beach Villa Tria

Villa Tria meets our needs perfectly. It is well equipped, light, and a pleasure to be in. Since we stayed last year, the owner has made some improvements- notably to the hot water system. The power for the showers was much higher than we have experienced anywhere else in Cyprus or Greece, and there was always plenty of hot water for 3 people without using the electric heater boost. The owner was helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. We hope to be back at Villa Tria next year!

We absolutely love these Villas. We have stayed in Sun Villa Tria several times (and I and 4 as well) and it has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing holiday in the ideal spot. Its like home from home to us. Yiannis is a fantastic host and cannot do enough to make your stay a memorable one. Picking oranges off the trees for breakfast is such a treat! Great location for walking to the beach and the village of Polis itself. Thank you Yiannis, we will be back!

Loved the location and our host Richard was very helpful ftom when we booked until our arrival. The owners frequently visited to ensure we were ok and were very helpful when things were pointed out to them that needed addressing. We will consider returning as we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great holiday, was incredibly hot so having the canopy in the garden was essential. Beach 2 mins walk with amazing sunrise and sunsets, fresh oranges from the grove. Walk into town was hard work in the heat but no problem getting taxis when it was just too hot.

Prefect holiday in a perfect villa! We had a wonderful time and loved the fresh oranges and the incredible swimming pool! Will definitely come back!

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to relax and recharge in a tranquil setting. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise!
