This is the third time we have stayed at the Villa Pepe and in spite of minor niggles have enjoyed it immensely. It is perfectly placed for us, with the supermarkets only a five minute walk away and Playa Blanca a short taxi ride, although we did not venture out this time due to the current situation. If things improve by next September we shall definitely be considering re-booking. Cheryl

This is my second time in this villa and fully recommend it. Very peaceful and a pleasant walk to marina or playa blanca.

Approximately 15-20mins walk to marina for bars and restaurant so probably not the best for anyone with walking difficulties if they intent to walk for the entire holiday. Lovely clean villa, adequate space for party of five adults!

We had a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Pepe. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this is ideal. There are some great restaurants at the marina which is a 15 minute walk from the villa.

The location of the villa was very good, quite and easy to find. The villa location is great for a 15 minute slow stroll to the harbour which has some lovely restaurants, bars and the live singers/ bands are very good. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday in Lanzarote and it is not too commercial which is refreshing, mind you it is like visiting Mars looking at the scenery, breath taking and some very pretty beaches.

The villa is in a great location and the outside area is good, we did use the bus to get into town on an evening as the stop was so close.
