Fantastic weeks holiday. Everything and more available in villa including paperback books and a welcoming bottle of water and juice and some tea and coffee for our arrival. The accomodation was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning a very welcome facility for the warm nights. The villa is perfectly located for a number of fantastic restaurants and supermarkets and a bakery. There was a circular regular bus that went to Lourdata that had beautiful beach side restaurants and was a lovely evening out. We hired a car but you could stay for a week with no car as everything you need is close enough. We used the car to go to Argostoli and Assos and to explore. Perfect villa that I would highly recommend.

We were looking for a relaxing holiday in a comfortable villa with a large pool. Finding a villa for two people was a real bonus. It's a beautiful house which was cool in the heat. The house felt spacious, the terrace was a great eating space and the pool was excellent; we also had a large garden with mature trees, which added to the feeling of spaciousness. The pool faced south which meant it got sun from early morning until evening - what a treat. The TV in the villa had only a few English tv stations and mostly for news. Internet connection was mainly good, though not good enough to download. This meant that we weaned ourselves away from habits at home and had a most relaxing time, while still being able to stay online. The two villages nearby had everything we needed in terms of supermarkets and tavernas. We ate out for 7 of our 14 nights and every meal was good, freshly cooked food. We thought we might have to hire a car until we discovered the local bus which took us further up the hill to connect with the coach to Argostoli. From the bus station there you can get buses all over the island. We opted for a boat trip one day to Lixouri. So unless you want to hire a car, it's possible to see the island by public transport and let someone else take care of the driving! This has been a superb holiday. The weather in early June was over 30 degrees, which was as hot as we would want it. We opted to go to the local beach for a swim in the sea. It was a steep climb down in parts, but the small, very quiet beach and the sea were beautiful. Mostly, though, we relaxed beside and swam in our pool. Perfection.

We had a great week at this Villa. The pool is fantastic, but the bed is hard and cost us a great deal of lost sleep. The service from Agini has been great and we would not hesitate to use you again. Thanks.

First time with Beach Villas and very pleased, excellent, friendly helpful service from all the team involved, answering any queries quickly and efficiently. Villa Dionisis perfect beautiful pool and peaceful garden. Everybody we had contact with very friendly and helpful including local taxi drivers. Have already browsed Beach Villass website for next years holiday. Will certainly use you again.

We had a very relaxing time. The gardens around the villa are very well maintained and attractive. Andreas and his wife work hard to keep all the properties pools and gardens looking good. The cleaning and removal of rubbish is better than in proprties which cost a lot more. These villas provide a simple, quiet retreat. Overall lovely.
