The villa is in a fabulous location set in olive groves with a beautiful beach nearby and mountain backdrop. The beach is accessible down a very steep path with breathtaking views. Most amenities including excellent restaurants are up or down hills but all achievable in a 15-20 minute walk. The villa is spacious, peaceful and private with great sunset views.

We have been visiting these villas for a number of years. They are kept spotlessly clean and the towels ,bedding are changed regularly.. We really like the location as there are plenty of places to eat out and lots of little beaches and coves around .We always hire a car so that we can travel around the island.

We enjoyed our stay of two weeks a lot. The villa lies in a quit and pleasant olive grove. The garden was very lovely. We used the pool every day. The villa was cleaned twice a week. We had a car, and therefore it was no problem to visit the beach in Lourdata, the many restaurants around and the entire insula.

This was our fourth stay at these villas and we have already booked to come back next year.The villas are very well equipped and very clean. Situated in the vicinity of numerous local restaurants and mini markets, Villa Dionisis is ideally located for self catering or to eat out. We were looking for a relaxing holiday in a comfortable villa with a large pool. Finding a villa for two people was a real bonus. It's a beautiful house which was cool in the heat. The house felt spacious, the terrace was a great eating space and the pool was excellent; we also had a large garden with mature trees, which added to the feeling of spaciousness. We fell in love with Kefalonia as soon as we arrived. The directions and instructions were really easy to use and everything was as described. The villa is larger than expected and has everything you could need. The kitchen had all the cutlery/utensils etc you could need and everything was in good working order. The fridge freezer is large and has ample space for all your food and drinks. The beds were comfy with 2 pillows each and blankets for the cooler nights. Another great holiday here, we love staying at these Villas. Hopefully we will return next year. Each time weve been here weve tried all the various restaurants not had a bad meal in any. Some are basic meals some are excellent meals. A good choice for all ( youll be able to tell what to expect from the restaurants) Personally if youve never tried the Beef Stifado, do, its an excellent stew with the Greek difference.

Our second stay in Villa Russa Anna and everything was as good as expected. Ideal accommodation for a couple seeking peace, quiet and relaxation providing your neighbours are seeking the same, which luckily they were this year, last year we had a Rumanian family of two adults and one child staying next door who couldnt enjoy their pool without loud foreign music playing, although the pools are private the noise did carry.... needless to say we went out when they were in and soaked up the peace and quiet when the were out. Good in spite of dodgy weather. This was our 4th holiday at Russa Villas so we must like it! It is rare to find a place for 2 with a private swimming pool. Our only gripe is the poor access to the pool which entails locking the front door and going round to the back of the villa to use the pool. Not ideal.

The villa was perfect for our holiday. Its difficult to find accommodation with a decent sized private pool for just 2 people. From that point of view the villa was luxury. From every other point of view it was fairly simple. The shower is very small and there is just a small fridge and no dishwasher although there is a washing machine. We loved Trapezaki because it was not commercialised and the owners at the Russa Villas were very friendly and hardworking so they kept the house and pool very clean. Soula even did our washing up! Mostly very quiet and relaxing time in a villa nicely positioned in a pleasant rural area. The cleaning of the villa and pool were both discreet and efficient. Minimarkets are within a 10-15 minute walk (uphill) (Petros is open 365 days a year) but as we were early in the season (arrived May 2) the few tavernas open only did so from 1800 hrs. As we do not drive nearest lunchtime eating or drinking out involved a gentle walk down to Trapezaki Beach (Denis Restaurant and Bar 25-30 minutes) or towards Lourdas (Bar 360 20 minutes). Overall a thoroughly enjoyable relaxing holiday.

We staying in the villa for 10 nights and it was just perfect. The description on the web site is accurate. The staff the pool man and the maid were just brilliant and all so helpful. We had a wonderful time and were very sorry to leave. Many thanks
