Excellent, very quiet, lovely crispy white sheets, very clean property all as advertised, good local Tavernas serving local food as well as a good stocked Mini Market.

Villa was clean and well presented. Location is perfect, out the way - but close enough to shops/restaurants and the beach by vehicle. Staff are just a text away if something is needed or not working. I received a response within an hour and the issue fixed within that time also. Highly recommended this Villa. Thank you. Heather

Very nice place with a private pool which is not visible for neighbors, so it is really very private. Nice sea views. Quite short ride to Chania with a car.

My wife and I had an extremely enjoyable week at Villa Stratos which was in good order and extremely clean. The Villa is in a great position and has good views over Souda bay the swimming pool is at present not overlooked and is very private but we did notice a property is being built which will overlook the pool when completed. Lastly I would like to compliment Pierre and Jenny who look after the villas as their service was first class and made our stay most enjoyable.

Overall an excellent holiday in a quiet location with lovely views of Souda Bay and the mountains. Great taverna in the square serving home cooked Cretan food. The beach at Kalives is sandy and long with a couple of lovely bars attached to hotels with plenty of sun beds. The ruins at Aptera are a must and a visit to the mountain villages is essential if you want to appreciate fully this part of Crete.

Overall the holiday was excellent The villa is beautiful and comfortable the village welcoming scenery stunning. We love Crete and have been here for the last six years and will definitely be back next year

We had a lovely time at the Villa - we would recommend to family and friends. I would definitely say a car is required as it is quite out of the way of the local towns and we made great use of our car during our stay.
