Had a thoroughly enjoyable, restful time. I guess that we are not typical clients in that we hardly do any exploring as we come to rest and relax and that is exactly what we did!! The villa gave us everything that we required. Quiet. Lovely well maintained garden. Nice clean well maintained swimming pool that was a sensible depth for the whole length. Would happily use Villa Giannis or its neighbor Villa Dimitris in the future. Thank You.
We were very pleased with our stay and were very satisfied with out Villa and the service of Beach Villas Team and also with local maintenance. This was also the case during our previous stay in 2018 and was one reason to come back. Besides the beauty and the good weather in Greece :) Frank
We had a brilliant holiday, the villa was in a great location and lovely to spend time relaxing in. Would recommend it to others and would happily go back again.The pool is bigger than shown on the photos - so that was a nice surprise!

Excellent. This is the sixth or seventh time that we have used either Villa Giannis or Villa Dimitri and we will almost certainly be using either of them again in the near future.
The pool cleaning and intermediate cleaning of the house were very good. Very well-maintained grounds (pool, garden, plants). We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.
