What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect sea views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the upper terrace over the Nissaki bay were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Nissaki and Mparmpati, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Beach Villas for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. Could not fault Beach Villas at all, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the text message keeping in contact even though we did not need to call.

If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa with perfect sea views then this is the place for you! It really was a great stay, lovely to be able to stay somewhere so nice and comfortable. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Kalami, Kassiopi, and Ypsos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Greek specialties (Souvlaki, Moussaka, Koulouri...) there. Most of our time we spend at Nissaki and Barbati beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. All in all an excellent place and villa which we can highly recommend.

Excellent holiday. This was our second time at this villa and we were delighted to find that Katerina was still there. She is an asset to your company. Friendly, knowledgeable , helpful and anything we needed was sorted out straight away. We had everything we needed at the villa. We were unable to rent a car but this did not spoil our holiday. We hired boats and used local transport . Supermarkets , beaches and tavernas are were within walking distance.

This was our 10th year visiting villa Youla. Initially we stayed with our grand children but we enjoyed staying so much we now bring the whole family of 10 booking sister villa Vasillis at the same time. Again we all enjoyed ourselves taking advantage of the glorious views across to Corfu Town & Albania & the short walk to tavernas at Nissaki small beach. My sister in law had a 81st birthday while on holiday and the owner Katerina advised us where to buy best the birthday cake in Corfu (Emerald). We hire a small car as a run about & it great not having to drive up roads (I think they are roads) to arrive at villa. Youla (& Vasillis) suit us perfectly & I hope we are able to book them both together again next year. Thanks another wonderful holiday with great memories.

We had wonderful holiday even though the Corfu weather was not up to usual standard. We have returned to villa Youla around 10 times with family ages ranging from 6 to 80 years and are never disappointed. It is located on a lower mountain slope in an olive grove, close to a supermarket and 8 minutes walk from a small beach with a lovely taverna & superb sea view looking towards Albania & Corfu Town. Katerina at the villa is so friendly as are all the people at the supermarket, car hire & tavernas. It might not be high end but it is perfect for us making us want to return year after year.

One of the best family hols ever. Plenty to do great place to stay good food and best weather in early June before it gets too hot. Would love to return to Corfu.
