The villa sits just a short walk from the beach and several restaurants - everything you need is right at your doorstep.
Layout
Entrance into a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Twin bedroom with en suite. Both the living area and bedroom benefit from large patio doors that take you outside into the beautifully maintained gardens. A covered terrace to the front of the property is also accessed from the living area doors. Upstairs are three further bedrooms. The master bedroom which is a large double room has fabulous en suite facilities including a whirlpool bath. The other bedrooms are twin and also have their own en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
The Beach House is set in extensive gardens, right on the long sandy beach of Kalamaki on the north east coast of Corfu.The gardens are superbly maintained, with springy green turf and an array of flowering shrubs and tropical plants. The pool has sun beds, sun shades and a poolside shower.

Wonderful gorgeous villa This is our second booking with Agni our first was in Kefalonia. Would not hesitate using this company again. The description was spot on if not better Just walked through the garden gate onto the beach. The villa and garden were beautiful. Three tavernas nearby and you can get a taxi for 10 euros to Kassopi for a bit more life in the evenings will definitely return someday but will be looking for other locations with Agni next year.
We have had a fantastic holiday and as we wanted it to be relaxing we couldn't have asked for more. The villa is in a fantastic location right on a lovely clean beach and safe sea. The tavernas in the area are simply delightful and the Greek people are so friendly and helpful. 6 mature ladies all had a fantastic time with no pitfalls. All were very happy with everything. Thanks for a fabulous time.
Fantastic holiday due to the property being in a superb location which was ideal with 3 Grandchildren as we could let them run straight from the garden onto the safe beach. Property was ideal not cramped and big pool. It was a wonderful holiday again with Agni. Fabulous property in superb location.
This is our third time in Corfu over recent years and Beach Villas is the best from a villa travel operator etc. perspective. The very clear driving instructions from the airport were a real help. Thank you and everyone involved for what was a great holiday.
