Great location, great view in general and of the sunset in the evenings! Loved the large outdoor space and large pool. Staff were kind and smiley. Thank you for having us.

Cyprus is a beautiful island with incredible landscapes and scenery. Though be sure to check your routes to your destination dont take you into Turkey as we got caught out trying to get to Nicosia via the north coast road. It was such a stunning drive, but we got turned around at the Turkish checkpoint, so never made it to the city. That said, the drive alone was worth it!! The walk to the Caledonia (Kaledonia) falls in the Troodos was beautiful, over rocky terrain, in the dappled sunlight of the forest, along stream where you see trout swimming, to a beautiful waterfall. Latchi (Latsi) Marina (approx 5-10 minite drive from the villa) was also lovely, with a choice of restaurants and a cocktail bar on the beach that plays wonderful chilled music. Blue Bay Villa Dimitris was wonderful, it was spacious, with all the facilities you could need (if you want to watch TV take an HDMI cable that connects your phone). Though, it is when you step outside that Blue Bay Villa Dimitris comes into its own, with a huge garden, beautiful.pool, incredible views across the sea to Latch (Latsi) Marina. The garden catches the sun from early morning until the sun sets (you see beautiful sunsets). Andreas, the owner, takes great care of the properties and is extremely friendly and welcoming. I have already recommended this villa to a friend. Thanks Andreas for providing a great base for a fab holiday. Thanks Cyprus. We had fun.

Given that we had to make a very last-minute change of accommodation, things worked out very well.

Blue Bay Villa Dimitris was truly amazing and the grounds were stunning. The views from the balcony were also wonderful. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The pool was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun and a large covered area if you prefer less sun. Excellent location for exploring the whole area. The weather was also perfect and created a great scenic break for me and my family. Great holiday!

Really great villa. It is comfortable and perfect. The children love the pool and terrace and playing there almost all day, which in turn gives us a break too! There are many excellent restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a 10-minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only a 1-minute walk away. Great communication with the agents and their details for using everything in the villa was spot on. We plan to come back to this beautiful villa!

Blue Bay Villa Dimitris was great, right what we expected. The inside of the villa was cozy and comfortable. Most of the time we spent around the pool and enjoyed a nice time there: swimming, sunbathing, having meals, and playing cards. A nice quiet place to relax. We visited Argaka and Akamas, which are really stunning! We did some hiking and other activities during our stay there and our family had a wonderful time together. Superb!

The villa was spacious and nicely furnished (and spotlessly clean on arrival). It was exactly what we needed. The pool and garden area were well maintained. The nearest beach is just 1 minute walk from the property and was amazing to watch the sunset over the sea. We plan to come back.

Our family loved our stay in Blue Bay Villa Dimitris and as we are residents of Cyprus we will surely visit this beautiful villa again. The inside of the villa was so comfortable and there was everything that you could need during your holiday. The outside area was well planned with an amazing swimming pool. The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going before arriving there. Privacy is excellent all around and the beach is just 100 meters away from the property. Polis is a little beautiful town with really good restaurants and the port in Latchi is nice with many boats. We also visited Yiannakis Beach witch is really amazing. Highly recommend!
