Overall, its been a fantastic stay for us. Our two young teenage children included. Friendly hosts were quick to respond to our needs at all times. Loved the quiet and accessible location to beach, shops, restaurants and bigger town, Polis, down the road. We plan to return next year.

It was spotlessly clean & well-presented, and situated in a nice location. We are coming back next year.

Everything is superb! Argaka Sun Villa Tessera is cozy, clean, comfortable, and situated in a nice neighborhood, near almost everything. The pool and the terrace are so magnificent and we spend most of our time here. By the way, this is our third holiday in this villa and we hope that we will come back the next year.

It was very peaceful. Argaka Sun Villa Tessera was really well cleaned when we arrived and smelt so good. It was fully equipped with everything and the beds were so comfortable. Nice spacious outside area with a private pool and terrace and a nice dining area. I hope we will come back soon.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa which was really well-equipped and especially loved having meals on the terrace and staying home to use the pool. A perfect villa near almost everything: bars, restaurants, shops, beaches, and other local amenities. We visited Agia Marina beach and Polis beach as well and enjoyed sunbathing and swimming! I would recommend staying there for sure.

Really great villa. We stayed in Argaka Sun Villa Tessera which was clean, comfortable, and cozy and had everything we needed for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. We enjoyed most of our time in the outdoor spaces around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! Travel directions were simple and clear and we collected the keys late at night without any trouble. It is always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is absolutely amazing. Most of the time, we spend here, swimming in our private pool, sunbathing, talking with the rest of our group, and preparing meals. Having a BBQ is a real plus. And a big compliment to the agents. Great service. We hope to travel again with you. We have the best holiday!

The villa was great, right what we expected. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa then this is the place for you! Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Polis, Latchi, and Pomos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... Most of our time we spend at Argaka Sandy beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Overall the location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. We will be returning next year!

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. We found Argaka Sun Villa Tessera to match all our wants and wishes and are glad that we booked it for our holiday. Argaka Sun Villa Tessera has 3 very cozy rooms and a great spacious outside area with a nice pool, BBQ, patio, and terrace. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm secluded location. Nice and friendly people in Argaka. Cyprus has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! Argaka Sun Villa Tessera and Argaka were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby with a huge selection of restaurants, bars, and shops and the sea is only within three minutes walk away from the villa. The near town, Polis is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location enough far from the main tourist spots but still near to almost everything(beach and places to eat). The owner who came and cleaned the pool was great and helped us on the first day. The location and quietness of the area were great and the proximity to the bars. The space in the villa was great. We would definitely go back to this villa.

Enjoyed our holiday at Villa Tessera, the villa provided everything that we needed for a relaxing couple of weeks. Villa itself was surprisingly cool downstairs. Argaka has plenty of bars and restaurants, several of which are in walking distance. The Irish bar, the next one along and Turtle Beach Bar all within 10-15 minutes of the villa, The Irish bar being the pick for us having Beach side area, Quiz night, Music and English football. Ice Cream place near there also a useful addition to the village.

We have loved staying here and are considering coming back again next year. Its a lovely location, the pool is brilliant and the house is very quiet and private. Weve had a brilliant week and are sad to be going home.

Perfect private Villa with 5 stars views. Fantastic ,beautifully designed and maintained Villa with really amazing views. The Pool was great and the terrace relaxing, great enough for breakfast in the morning enjoying the views. Highly recommend?.

Just a relaxing private villa that we looking for. The villa had a lot of equipment to prepare great meals. We loved the pool nice size and outdoor seating area. The Seaview was very relaxing and provided nice fresh air. we did hire a vehicle to get around. Loved it, hopefully you will do too.

After spending a week in Villa Tessera with my family of 5 including 2 children. The Vila is so comfortable and very well equipped. The villa was clean spacious and well equipped. The villa offers beautiful pool and also sea views. The villa very close to the beach and supermarket. .
